The Gilpatricks discussed their proposal to construct a 28’ x 16’ wood frame boat storage building with the Board.
A site visit was scheduled for Saturday, December 13 at 9 AM.
A continuance was scheduled for December 23 at 7:15 PM.

Applicants want to tear down the existing house and rebuild on the same footprint.
They will also be constructing a new septic system.
Andre Cormier, builder, and Craig Cormier represented the applicants. Because new
plans were presented at the meeting, the Board could not act on the proposal. Copies of
the new plans would be delivered on Wednesday, December 10 and distributed to all the
other Boards for review.
A site visit was scheduled for December 13 at 9:30 AM.
A continuance was scheduled for December 23 at 7:30 PM.
